死肥婆,賣菠蘿

本來想做的是'砵仔糕',
但那手抄食譜不知放到哪去了,
於是便做另一個剛從網上看到,
而家又剛好有齊材料的菠蘿蛋糕
(其實也不是全齊了,
剛好沒有的都是那些裝飾的)
是素一點而已~

唔,說回蛋糕,
其實我也不知道該用怎麼樣的心情去迎接她的誕生,
也因為從來都未吃過用菠蘿做的蛋糕,
所以不知道味道該是怎樣~
(但其實,硬要分類,她充其量只能說是牛油蛋糕,
放了菠蘿在頭上做裝飾...)

只想說用7吋模又好像太大了點,
不次應該用個細一點的,
那她便會跟我一樣那麼高~

而且,因為我那模具是可以把焗好的蛋糕直接倒出來的矽膠,
所以懶惰的我就把所有材料倒入去焗,
於是金黃色的出現在蛋糕底,
而那面頭上菠蘿卻好像還未夠'火侯'般...
都是我懶的錯~

I was going to make 'bowl cake' today,
But I can't find the recipe >.<
So I decided to make something else instead~
Luckily, I got most of the ingredients I need for this 'pineapple butter cake'
(The things that I don't have are mostly for the decoration bit)
Oh well, I am sure the people who are going to eat this will not care less if there is decoration or not~

Humm... with this cake, I don't really know what to expect.
And really this cannot be called as pineapple cake
(More like butter cake with pineapple as decoration~
Or Pineapple muffin?)

The only thing I could think of is,
The mould I used was too big,
Next time I will use a smaller one,
So it will be 'taller'~

Also, because I was so lazy and a bit can't be bothered,
I used a silicon mould to bake this cake...
So instead of putting the pineapple on top,
I had to put them at the bottom,
So the golden colour appears at the bottom =.=
And the 'top' pineapple bit just looked like they haven't been cooked enough~
Oh well...
