今次的是老闆的生日,
當然要有所表示啦~
(其實是自己想玩...)
今次的是紅荳慕思伯爵芝士餅
(這個組合是自己想的,
哈,有驕傲到...)
作出這樣的構思是因為覺得伯爵茶太香但不太甜,
於是便放了些甜紅荳蓉在底,
便想做緑茶慕思做裝飾,
緑茶跟紅荳是好朋友嘛...
然後又想到,顏色好像不太夾,
而且也有很多紅荳蓉剩,
於是便因利成便...
都倒在一起吧!
畫得比較醜,
但覺得畫出來比較好表達,
所以獻醜了~
Haven't had a 'big project' like this for a long time~
And while it is boss's birthday,
So time to get the oven working...
The project is 'Red Bean Mousse Earl Grey Cheesecake'
(It was my idea of putting these 2 things together,
I was quite proud of myself to be honest =P)
The reason I put these 2 things together was because,
I think Earl Grey smells good but doesn't really have much taste,
So I put some sweet red bean paste underneath,
(Tea always helps digest sweet things~)
And with the topping,
I wanted to make green tea mousse,
(Green tea and Red bean always goes well with each other...)
But too much tea, and colour doesn't match,
Also I had a lot sweet red bean paste leftover,
So I just decided to pour all the red bean in at the last minute~
XD
I know my drawing is not the best art in the world,
But I think it is easier to explain,
So I just drew... LOL
