我做到了...

連續兩天都吃太多的時候,
立下了決心跟自己說,
最少要節食至週六,
(現代的女人都可憐,
有飽飯不能吃,
一吃便像犯了罪...)

我...做到了,
今天全日吃的東西有布冧一個,
沒有任何牛油或芝士的烤貝果一個,
焦糖小圓餅一塊,
加了香蕉乾,提子乾的乳酪一杯餅乾兩塊和白酒一杯~
(本來又差點破了戒!幸好我有的是決心!)

今天更在午飯時間用走的到那條小徑
為的是這個,
人家的生日禮物...
希望會喜歡吧!

After eating so much 2 days in a row,
I said to myself that I have to control my diet,
(at least until Saturday~)
Really, why are females so conscious about their weight and stuff?
Enjoying food and wine is like a crime for female nowadays...
Sad isn't it?
Anyway, intake for today was,
A plum, a toasted bagel without any butter nor creme cheese,
A caramel macaron, a bowl of yougurt with dried bananas and sultana,
2 biscuits and a glass of pinot gris~
(Was so close to eat a big meal again...
Lucky I got something called determination in my mind!)
Also, at lunch time...
I walked to Hardware Lane again,
Just to get those macarons for someone's birthday,
