兩樣都是蝦...前世的我應該跟蝦有仇~
煎蝦餅
份量十足的粉,
讓人很飽肚...
而那混合了wasabi和檸檬汁的蛋黃醬,
絶對有中和到那飽肚感!
Dinner time...
Both dishes were prawn,
I just love seafood!!!

Used self raising flour (!) for this dish,
So much flour that really fills us up @.@
But I did add some lemon juice and wasabi into the mayo,
So it was not as boring as it sounded...
第二個是大蝦辣肉腸繪意粉,
用了金寶蕃茄湯做汁,
而且雖然用了紅辣椒粉來醃蝦,
但完全沒有辣的感覺哦!
開胃好味道~

The second dish was prawn and chorizo spaghetti in tomato sauce
(What a boring name =.=)
I used Campbell Tomato soup as the sauce base,
And Paprika to marinated the prawn
A touch of spice but not too hot =P
整天都只在食和準備食,
放假天就是該這樣過!
I have been eating and preparing things to eat for the whole day,
Isn't this how you should spend your day off?
