作為一個(前)殖民地子女,
加上現在住的是英聯邦之國,
原來從沒有跟大不列顛遠離過~
從小到大,都常常聽到皇室的新聞,
他們這一家就像是我的'遠房親戚',
今天他們有喜事,我就像有份參與的一樣高興~
不過,電視上的那些所謂"評論員",
真的以為自己很風趣,
那些無謂的意見,很"礙耳"...
到底是有這樣的觀眾才做就成這樣的傳媒,
又還是現今的傳媒成就了刻薄的大眾?
無論如何,今天都是美好的一天,
只要把電視'毒啞'了後,
所有的片段都是美好的~
Watching "The Royal Wedding" is like being part of a 'distant relative's big day'
Have been living in a city which was governed by the British as a colony,
And now living in one the Commonwealth country,
Feels like I have never been distanced from "them"~
Being able to be "part of" their big day,
I felt so happy for them~
However, those commentators on TV were really annoying,
They thought they were funny,
But I think they used wrong sense of humor,
By criticizing how people dressed doesn't make you are good...
Is that the audiences "taught" the media to be mean?
Or is that the audiences "accomplish" today's media?
Anyway, today is a glorious day,
Just mute the tv, and everthing is beautiful!
是日晚餐是...冬菇滑雞飯~
用了生鐵煲,
又快,又有飯焦,
就如煲仔飯一樣~
除了因為煲大而用了很多材料外,
一切都很好...
唔...是否該買一個比較小的呢?
買/用生鐵煲也是會上癮的...
Dinner tonight: Chicken with Chinese Mushroom Rice,
I used an cast iron pot for this,
So fast and with the 'burnt' rice bit,
Just like eating 'Claypot Rice'
Yum
Except... the size of the pot is really big,
That I needed to put a lot more ingredient in...
Maybe it's time to buy a smaller one =P
