再見,露絲瑪莉

上次故意把一半的份量留在冰櫃,
就是為了試試如果很忙但又想吃新鮮麵包,
可以怎樣~

今次是Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia
(其實是忘了芝士...)
但一樣好味,
只是買了太多rosemary,
要盡快把她們都消滅掉,
否則便浪費大了

再見,露絲瑪莉再見~

總之,有時間不防先把包搓好,
想吃時才焗,真好!

I deliberately left some dough in the freezer last time,
To test if I could still bake even when I am running out of time~

(Well, I forgot to put the Parmesan...)

So it worked,
I should just pre-made some dough when I have time,
So I can eat freshly baked bread whenever I want to
=D

至於這個田園茄子樂,
只是把醬胡亂地混一下,
再焗一下,便可以吃了,
又是沒有時間時,
可以做的菜!

And this eggplant in miso sauce,
Just put the eggplant in the oven for a bit,
Mix some miso and mirin and sugar and Japanese cooking wine,
Then put the sauce on the eggplant,
There's your eggplant Japanese style~

Nice easy one when you have no time to cook
=)
