媽媽的味道

所謂的common sense,
其實只是功多藝熟/熟能生巧而已吧~

從前真的除了吃便甚麼都不知道,
一開始做飯時,
選的都是異國料理,
到最近...真的很懷念媽媽做的家常便飯~

從前丁點也不知的,
今天看來又好像沒有那麼的難!
蕃茄炒蛋...故意把蒜頭整粒放,
從前媽媽煮這個時,
常常也蒜頭,雞蛋傻傻分不清楚,
一口咬下時,
除了哭喪著臉地看著媽媽
也故不得禮貌把蒜頭立刻吐出來

Something seem so complicated,
Not quite until you try~

Nothing is easy I guess...

Lately I just miss mum's cooking so much,
They are just so easy to make,
But it didn't seem so few years ago...

Scrambled Egg with Tomatoes,
I put a glove of garlic in when I cooked,
So I could just pick it out,
I still remembered when I used to eat this dish at home,
I always rushed to eat all the egg,
So I wouldn't look closely if I was putting egg or garlic in my mouth,
As soon as I got the garlic,
I would just spitted it out with a crying face...
(Where was the manner? Couldn't care less when there's a clove of garlic in my mouth)
