燒你個腩仔

唔...有點覺得開始控制不了自己了,
為甚麼我會做這個呢?

即係呢...如果有人跟我說,
"喂喂,我琴日整左燒肉呀..."
我一定會跟這個人說,
"你係唔係痴線架,
又唔係無得買,
整黎做乜?"

但...有時,
做的意義就不是一定要買不到才可以去做的~

Humm... I found myself uncontrollable lately,
Why did I even choose to make this?

Like if someone told me,
"Hey, I made a Roast Pork Belly last night~"
I would definitely said to that person,
"Are you crazy? How hard is it to just buy from anywhere?"

Oh well, sometimes when you make/cook something,
It doesn't have to be something that you can't find outside...
I guess I like challenging myself =P

又是一個自己不太會吃的南北...
是不難做的一樣東西,
卻是需要很多時間來成就呢!

It is something that I don't always eat,
And it is not very hard to make,
Just takes a lot of time~
