天氣凍冰冰的,
來點熱的來温暖一下吧~

真的很想吃個粥,
就...皮蛋瘦肉粥吧~
下得太多米,而煲又太細
(哈...上次那煲仔飯又嫌太大,
今次又嫌人細...好慘)

不過話說回來,
這傳熱超強的家伙真的是廚房好幫手,
一小時不夠,那綿綿的粥便煲好了,
真的比男人更可靠(爆~)

As winter is approaching,
It is just getting colder and colder~

Really want to eat something hot,
To warm up my stomach~

Humm... how about foolproof preserved egg with pork chop congee?
I put too much rice while the pot is too small
(Last time the pot was too big for the 'claypot rice'And this time it is too small for congee, poor pot~)

Anyway, this cast iron pot is rally helpful in the kitchen,
In less than an hour, congee was done~
And it was proper one...

這個是我早幾天在Daiso買的小膠盒,
我正在努力地用手抄食譜填滿它呢~
很大的工程一個...多年來我都收了不少,
